IJSRMT (International Journal of Scientific Research and Modern Technology) is organizing an award event for the popular category "Best Reviewer." The event is titled "International Best Reviewer Award - February 2025" (Powered by IJSRMT Publication).

In this category, the award will be presented to the reviewer who has diligently worked with IJSRMT to review authors' manuscripts and contributed to the journal's progress. The International Best Reviewer Award - February 2025 will be conducted online, with all nominations and result declarations taking place through online channels.

Prof. (Dr.) Chaitanya Niphadkar

Prof. (Dr.) Chaitanya Niphadkar is an expert in the areas of Change Management with a focus on Leadership and Management, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Development and Organizational Behavior. He has successfully achieved a Certificate program from Harvard Business School, Boston (USA). Furthermore, he holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Also, Master’s degree from a Quadruple Accredited University (World-ranked institution) in the United Kingdom specializing in Human Resource Development and Consulting. Additionally, MBA degree in Human Resource Management and Customer Relationship Management. Five of his books (as an independent author) are already in place and his writings are published in several international journals, online media, and magazines. Besides, he has a rich international experience. Teaching and research interests: Leadership, Human Resources, Organizational Studies (Organizational Behavior, Learning and Development and Organizational Development), business strategy, change management and sustainable development.

Prof (Dr) Ray Wai Man Kong

(Senior Member of IEEE, member of IET, MIET, MPAA) Hong Kong, China. He received a Bachelor of General Study degree from the Open University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong in 1995. He received an MSc degree in Automation Systems and Engineering and an Engineering Doctorate from the City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong in 1998 and 2008 respectively.

From 2005 to 2013, he was the operations director with Automated Manufacturing Limited, Hong Kong. From 2020 to 2021, he was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Wah Ming Optical Manufactory Ltd, Hong Kong. He is a modernization director with Eagle Nice (International) Holdings Limited, Hong Kong. He holds an appointment, as an Adjunct Professor of the System Engineering Department at the City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. He published more articles in internationaljournalsonrobotic technology, grippers, automation and intelligent manufacturing. His research interests focus on intelligent manufacturing, automation, maglev technology, robotics, mechanical engineering, electronics,and system engineering for industrial factories.

Prof. Dr. Kong Wai Man, Ray is Vice President of CityU Engineering Doctorate Society, Hong Kong and a chairman of the Intelligent Manufacturing Committee of the Doctors Think Tank Academy, Hong Kong. He has published more intellectual properties and patents in China.
