Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms have become a critical component of enterprise digital infrastructure, and Salesforce remains one of the most widely adopted CRM solutions among large and mid-sized organizations. Two of its principal modules, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, are frequently deployed together to provide a unified, end-to-end customer experience that spans the entire lifecycle from lead generation to post-sale support. While each module is functionally robust in isolation, the real value to an enterprise emerges only when the two are tightly integrated so that account, contact, order, and case data flow seamlessly between sales and support teams. This integration is typically realized through Salesforce's REST and SOAP Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Platform Events, and middleware tools. Because these backend APIs carry business-critical data, rigorous and systematic testing is required to ensure data integrity, security, and performance. This paper presents an integration architecture for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, proposes a structured backend API testing workflow, and discusses tools, test design strategies, and evaluation criteria suitable for enterprise-scale Salesforce deployments. A case-oriented workflow diagram and system architecture diagram are presented to illustrate the proposed approach, and the paper concludes with a discussion of open challenges and directions for future research.
