Authors “Parida V” and “Sjödin D” were the most publishers and made most bibliographic coupling, “Russian Federation”, “Germany”, and “United Kingdom were the top publishing and collaborated countries. The most co-cited authors and journals were “Parida, V.” and “Brynjolfsson, E.” and “Journal of Business Research” and “Industrial Marketing Management” respectively.
